Terms & Conditions
- Rental Period & Daily Rates: Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you need the dumpster beyond this period, a daily rate of about $25.00 will be charged, though this rate may vary.
- Pricing & Overages: For detailed pricing, please get in touch with us. Our flat rate covers up to 2 tons of waste. Any excess will incur additional fees based on the local landfill rates. We will inform you if there are any overage charges.
- Usage Guidelines: Please avoid overfilling the dumpsters. If they are overloaded, we cannot transport them, and you will need to remove the excess waste.
- Liability for Damage: We are not liable for any damage beyond the curb line. While we will place the dumpster as per your instructions, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to driveways, landscapes, underground utilities, or other property due to dumpster placement.
- Clearance Requirement: Ensure there’s at least 15 feet of overhead clearance free from cables, branches, and other obstructions for safe dumpster placement and removal.
- Responsibility for Damages: You are responsible for any damages to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear. Please be cautious, especially when using machinery for loading.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed in the dumpsters:
- Flammable or combustible materials (e.g., gasoline, propane tanks, oil-based paints, solvents)
- Toxic or corrosive materials (e.g., batteries, acids, pesticides, chemicals)
- Tires
- Paints
- Refrigerants and air conditioning units
- Legal Compliance: You are responsible for any fines or penalties due to improper content in the dumpster. Also, please ensure to obtain any necessary permits for dumpster placement in your area.
